We just got a few of these in and I think they are pretty charming in their simplicity. They are 3 inches thick and between 49 and 59 inches tall. The bases are sturdy and the wood has a nice thin varnish on it, rather than the gaudy candy coating of reflective gloss I had expected. The shapes are nice and organic (duh) and the color of the wood is a rich reddish brown. Wow. All it took was a tree stump, a saw and some varnish to blow me away this morning. Good show.
